AIM :
         The Health and Wellness Club at our institution is dedicated to promoting overall wellbeing among students and staff members. This club focuses on the significance of a balanced and healthy diet, recognizing its profound impact on both the body and mind. Through various educational initiatives and activities, the club emphasizes the critical connection between diet and wellbeing. By encouraging the adoption of a healthy diet, the club aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to lead a vibrant and fulfilling life.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. To create awareness about the health issues among the staff and students on the campus.
  2. Imparting information in our campus and community about various emerging and prevailing diseases and their preventive measures.
  3.  To impart an understanding of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
  4. To educate students on having balanced diet, simple home remedies for common ailments and choices for healthy living.
  5. To celebrate official WHO days.

VISION :
               To impress upon our campus and community the importance of overall wellness pertaining to the physical, social and mental well-being of the individual.

MISSION :
               To instill an understanding of the importance of healthy lifestyle through Health Education programs and to spread the awareness to others.
